Inspection standards for tinplate cans

1. Appearance inspection standard:

1. The printing color, text content, and logo color are consistent with the signboard (if there is a color difference, the upper and lower limits of the customer’s signed sample shall be the inspection standard);

2. The surface of the tinplate box is smooth and clean, the product is clean, there should be no dirt, there should be no debris in the product, and the product has no serious irritating odor, mildew and other similar problems;

3. The winding line of the product should not have a scratching feel, the body of the iron box should not have edges and corners, burrs, and the pattern and text on the surface of the iron can should be free of serious scratches and scratches. The scratch length on the front of the product should not be > 5mm, the side should not be > 10 mm and the bottom surface should not be > 15 mm, and there can only be one 50cm2, and there should be no scratches that affect the recognition of text and barcodes;

4. The tin box is clear and complete, without ghosting and deformation. The pattern, text and ink color on the surface should be of correct hue, uniform and bright, the pattern and mesh should be clear and distinct, and the printed pattern and text should be clear and complete, not deformed, without burrs, bubbles, uneven paint and other undesirable problems;

5. There is no overprinting or missing printing in the tin box pattern. The tin can pattern and text are overprinted accurately, and the overprinting inaccuracy is not greater than 0.2mm.
